Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you full control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your electronic mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the mailbox account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
